Run / Delivery & ownership

Make it work.
Keep it working.

Clear ownership. Reliable technology. People you can reach.

We can lead a delivery, run an agreed part of your environment or work alongside your existing team. The responsibility is clear, and the senior expertise stays involved.

Delivery and operation belong in the same conversation.

Does this sound familiar?

Someone owns every component.
Who owns the outcome?

Technology rarely stops at a supplier boundary. We help make responsibility clear across the parts that need to work together.

“Our suppliers keep pointing at each other.”

We establish an agreed lead, map dependencies and coordinate the response. That means working across contracts, not pretending we can control services outside them.

“Our IT team needs more capacity or deeper expertise.”

We can own an agreed technical layer, lead a project or provide specialist support while your team keeps its role.

“We need someone to take this on properly.”

We establish the baseline, access, risks, service boundaries and documentation before accepting ongoing responsibility.

“The plan is good. Now somebody needs to deliver it.”

We translate the plan into accountable work, coordinate suppliers, test the result and prepare the people who will run it.

Practical capability

Across the technology
your organisation relies on.

We shape the scope around the work, the people and the outcome you need.

Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune, device management, access and collaboration — with consistent configuration and ownership.

Cloud & infrastructure

Azure, AWS and existing infrastructure. Agreed administration, monitoring, lifecycle and supplier responsibilities.

Networks & connectivity

LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN, SD-WAN and internet connectivity across offices, remote sites and mobile working.

Security, backup & resilience

Practical configuration, patching, protection and recovery arrangements, with specialist security services brought in where agreed.

Projects & service transition

Implementation, migrations, testing, documentation, adoption and a controlled handover into operation.

Service & supplier ownership

Agreed user-support arrangements, escalation, supplier coordination and service reviews that turn recurring issues into improvement.

What good looks like

Manage everything.
Or the part that needs an owner.

A whole environment, a specialist layer or an existing team that needs support. We define what we own, what stays with you and how everyone works together.

01

Visible responsibility

A clear scope and escalation route, not an assumption.

02

Controlled operation

Standards, access, documentation and service expectations agreed.

03

A route to improvement

Recurring issues and risks feed into the next decision.

Working with us

A considered transition.
Not a leap of faith.

Support hours, response targets, onsite arrangements and third-party dependencies are agreed for each engagement. We do not publish a blanket 24/7 promise.

A few useful answers

Before we talk.

There is no obligation to replace your existing team, provider or environment.

Do you offer day-to-day IT support?

Where it is part of the agreed service, yes. We establish the users, systems, support route, hours and response arrangements before taking responsibility.

Can you work with our existing provider?

Yes. Co-managed arrangements are a useful option when an internal team or supplier already does some things well. Roles, access and escalation need to be explicit.

Can you support absolutely anything?

No provider can credibly promise that. We assess the environment first, identify unsupported or specialist areas and agree what we can own directly, what needs a specialist and what remains outside scope.
